Miscellaneous Stuff

Many of my course resources and assignments apply to more than one course; for instance, students in the Survey of American Literature may use different readings for their annotated bibliography, but the format is fundamentally the same that students in Composition and Literature use. I've included links on this page to many of the general resources students might need regardless of the class in which they are enrolled. You might also enjoy advice from former students.

Many of these pages are also linked to specific course homepages as well. If you see a page with the header "General Course Resources," the guidelines for that assignment apply unless otherwise stated in your course policy for the class in which you're enrolled. For instance, the number of sources required for the research paper in ENGL 102 differ from that required in ENGL 287; be sure you understand the specific requirements for your course.
