Lisa Hammond, aside from all the amazing things her professional biography notes, spends her spare time with her children, Laura (13) and William (5), the smartest and most beautiful kids in the southeast (at least). And with Kitty, their very originally named once-stray cat.
She enjoys keeping a journal, and often borrows from her surroundings for her poetry—rivers, rocks, sawgrass and local shrimp... Want to hear her read a poem? But this is starting to sound like work again... She loves Star Trek: TNG and Deep Space Nine. She loved Groovy Girls and Powerpuff Girls before they were cool—and still does, even though they’re uncool again. She used to like cooking, and she still loves chocolate. She takes long baths with her favorite books. She thinks one of the best books of all time is Kevin Henkes’Julius Baby of the World. Royalty only, please.
