Each week a detailed description of your assignments will be posted in Blackboard, along with the miscellaneous announcements that keep a class like this together.  Most assignments will be due on Thursdays this semester (I will try to organize things so that you always have some weekend time for classwork).  We'll tweak these dates until we have something that works well for us all.  This page is your revised syllabus, which is undergoing regular changes; click here to see the original syllabus.
